Challenge
A homeowner in Clear Lake, IA, knew it was time to fully encapsulate their crawl space. Wanting an expert to provide them with a solution, the homeowner asked their neighbors for any recommendations. Their neighbors had recently had work completed by us, American Waterworks, so they suggested the homeowner reach out to us and sign up for their FREE estimate. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Brady.
Solution
Brady traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection of the crawl space. During the inspection, Brady confirmed the crawl space was suffering from poor encapsulation. To prevent further issues, Brady recommended securing several crawl space encapsulation products throughout the space. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Brady to find the best installation date. Once the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Kiko and his crew cleared the debris and dirt. After all the dirt was removed, Kiko and his crew went ahead and laid Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. After the Drainage Matting was secured, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls and floors. As soon as all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
