Crawl Space Before and After in Mandan, ND
Challenge
A local school in Mandan, ND, hoped to encapsulate its crawl space before the school year started up again. Uncertain who to work with, the school looked into "local crawl space repair". At the top of the results was us, American Waterworks, so the school decided to take a closer look at our crawl space encapsulation services. Impressed with our work, the school knew that we were the ideal choice for their project and called our Appointment Center for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the school prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Ian.
Solution
A few weeks later, Ian traveled to the school to begin the thorough inspection of the crawl space. During the inspection, Ian confirmed the crawl space required encapsulation. After sharing his findings, Ian also proposed a solution to the school, which they agreed to. Next, Ian and the school worked together to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Emmanuel, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the encapsulation. First, Emmanuel and his crew began by clearing out the debris on the crawl space floor. Once the debris was cleared, the crew shifted to laying Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. Next, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace on the crawl space walls and floors. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the school. The school administration was delighted to know their crawl space was properly repaired before the school year arrived.
