Shane, the Design Specailist, walked me through the process from start to finish and explained the products being used with NO shortcuts. Other companies were taking shortcuts, and the outcome wouldn't have been the same. I wanted the job to be completed correctly and with a warranty. The office staff was wonderful, nice, and professional! Shane was fantastic! I appreciate his help through the process. He is professional and can be trusted. Juan and his crew were also fantastic, worked hard, and finished the job. The installation was top notch - fantastic work! The crew worked hard, they were courteous, professional, and completed the job ahead of schedule. I have already referred others to American Waterworks. I sincerely appreciate the no shortucts and doing the job right! My first concern was the wet basement, which has already been addressed. I would like to thank the three men who installed the vapor barrier in my crawl space. They were so polite, seemed to enjoy their job, were singing, laughing, and working very hard. I never saw them sitting around. So many times they made me chuckle. There are no other words except THANK YOU! They were such a joy to have at my home. I hired American Waterworks for crawl space encapsulation in my home. I highly recommend this company. They are top-notch, professional, courteous, and kept the area clean. Then I met with the foreman on installation day. The installation crew was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. I have a cement slab crawl space but the house sits on wet soil and there is alot of shifting during the season. Our neighborhood has had a problem with garter snakes the past two years gaining entrance into our living spaces. They are under the cement slab and manage to get into the crawl space between the cement slab and walls of the crawl space. I Store many items in this space so this was a problem. After battling this for two years with two wildlife eviction services, I chose to have American Waterworks encase the crawl space. It is wonderful! The men were here on time, were very tidy, professional, and got the job done in a very timely manner. I now have an attractive, bright, clean crawl space where I can store my belongings with no fear of running into any more garter snakes. An added plus is that there is no more moisture that can get in the crawl space either. My peace of mind is well worth the expense.
