Foundation Repair Case Studies: Damaged Foundation and Wet Basement Restored in Lake Crystal, MN

Challenge

Brooke B. in Lake Crystal, MN had two severely cracked and bowing foundation walls. She also had water seeping into her basement, which was hindering her air quality and causing water damage to her belongings. She was tired of dealing with these challenges, so she contacted American Waterworks to restore her basement.

Solution

We were able to successfully repair Brooke's foundation by installing wall anchors along the damaged walls. We also solved her wet basement problem by installing a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system and our SuperSump sump pump system. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump so that is can be discharged from the home. Her basement is now a dry and stable space.
