Foundation Repair Case Studies: Bowing Foundation Walls Straightened and Stabilized in Durand, WI

Roger J. in Durand, WI was concerned about the damaged foundation walls in his basement. One had started to bow inward and the other had a large stair-step like crack through it. Solution

We successfully stabilized Roger's foundation by installing wall anchors along the two damaged walls. Our crew drilled long metal rods through the walls into the soil surrounding the home. Then, they secured the rods by placing plates on each end and tightening them. The process took less than two days and now Roger's foundation is permanently repaired and backed by a lifetime warranty.
