Cracked Foundation Solved in Maple Lake, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Maple Lake, MN, saw that their concert wall was beginning to slide outwards. Unsure of what caused this issue, the homeowner knew they needed expert assistance. The homeowner began looking for foundation repair companies around their area. During their search, they came across a local home show that was showcasing many home repair companies. The homeowner arrived at the home show and was drawn to our booth. Our Design Specialist, Shane, was working the booth and met with the homeowner. After talking with Shane, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. After the FREE estimate was made, the homeowner waited for Shane to arrive at their home. Once he arrived, Shane began his analysis of the foundation. Shane found that the wall was rapidly failing and he alerted the homeowner that if this goes unfixed it will completely fail.

Solution

After finding the issue, Shane recommended that the walls be permanently stabilized using PowerBraces, our patented foundation wall repair system. Our Foreman, Jose, and his crew arrived at the home and began by ensuring the space was ready for production. Additionally, the crew included a tightening kit with the PowerBraces, so they can straighten the walls over time. Once that was complete, the crew cleaned up their site and left the home.
