A homeowner in Minot, ND, noticed large cracks growing throughout the foundation. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner began looking into "cracked foundation repair near me". One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner took a closer look at our foundation repair services. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Ian, to take a closer look.

Solution

Ian promptly arrived at the home and began the inspection. During the inspection, Ian confirmed the foundation was settled and needed to be permanently stabilized. The homeowner agreed, then Ian and the homeowner scheduled the project. Once the project date arrived, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Foreman, Franklin, and his crew. After Franklin and his crew arrived, they installed the supplemental beam. Once the supplemental beams were installed, the crew shifted to install two SmartJacks on that supplemental beam. Once the SmartJacks were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
