Settling Home Stabilized in Rochester, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Rochester, MN, noticed large cracks growing throughout their foundation. Worried this was a sign of a larger issue, the homeowner knew they needed to find a permanent solution. One of the first companies to came to their mind was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Adam.

Solution

Adam promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the foundation. Once the inspection was completed, Adam confirmed the foundation was settling due to settlement. To prevent this issue from worsening, Adam recommended installing two Helical Piers along the east wall. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed. Next, Adam worked with the homeowner to find the best installation date. Once the installation date was selected, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Foreman, Juan, and his crew. A few days later, Juan and his crew promptly arrived at the home and began the Helical Pier installation. The crew dug and secured two Helical Piers on the east side of the home. Once the Helical Piers were secured, Juan and his crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
