Solution

A few days later, Ian arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection. During the inspection, Ian confirmed the foundation was suffering from settlement. To prevent the settlement from continuing, Ian recommended permanently stabilizing the foundation. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Ian to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Kingsley, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. Next, the proposal was sent to our Foreman, Kingsley, and his crew to begin the installation. First, Kingsley and his crew started by installing SmartJacks along the supplemental beam. After the SmartJacks were secured, the crew shifted to installing PowerBraces along the perimeter of the foundation. Once the PowerBraces were secured, Kingsley and his crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work by the crew.
