Waseca, MN, Cracked, Bowing Wall Repaired

Challenge

A homeowner in Waseca, MN, was beginning a basement remodeling project when they noticed cracks throughout their walls. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find answers. Knowing they could not repair the project themselves, the homeowner looked into "foundation repair near me," and one of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate.

Solution

Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Speicalist, Sean. A few days later, Sean promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Sean noted that several walls were suffering from damage. To prevent this issue from worsening, Sean recommended stabilizing the struggling walls with GeoLock Wall Anchors. After hearing the recommendations, the homeowner agreed and worked with Sean to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Matt, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Matt and his crew started by securing 10 GeoLock Wall Anchors along the west and south walls. Once all the GeoLock Wall Anchors were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the work completed by the crew.
