Helical Piers Save Settling Shed Foundation in Cooperstown, ND

A homeowner in Cooperstown, ND, noticed their shed's foundation was separating and cracking. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner worried this could lead to serious issues. Solution

Once Ian arrived, he began the thorough inspection of the shed's foundation. During the inspection, Ian found that several areas were suffering from settlement. To prevent the settlement from worsening, Ian recommended installing Helical Piers below the foundation.
