Challenge
A homeowner in Minneapolis, MN, noticed their basement was suffering from several issues. Hoping to have an expert to provide them with answers, the homeowner looked into "basement repair companies near me". One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks. After seeing our previous projects, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was settled, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Dustin, to the home to take a closer look.
Solution
Dustin promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Dustin confirmed that there were issues with the foundation and water intrusion. To prevent these issues from worsening, Dustin recommended installing several products throughout the basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Dustin to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Luis, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Luis and his crew started by securing WaterGuard along the west wall. Next, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the SuperSump+. Then, the crew secured six GeoLock Wall Anchors along the west wall. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished wall. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
