A homeowner in Lake Elmo, MN, noticed their foundation was severely cracked and beginning to separate. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with the proper solution. Solution

Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Speicalist, Daniel. A few days later, Daniel promptly arrived at the home and began a thorough inspection of the home. During the inspection, Daniel confirmed the west corner of the home was beginning to fall apart. To prevent the wall from worsening, Daniel recommended stabilizing that part of the wall. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner decided to go ahead with Daniel's suggestions. Next, Daniel and the homeowner worked together to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, we sent our Foreman, Juan, and his crew to begin. Juan and his crew secured two GeoLock Wall Anchors on the struggling wall.
