Challenge

A homeowner in Menahga, MN, worried their home's structure was in serious trouble. The homeowner noticed a large crack growing throughout the foundation. Concerned that this would become a major issue, the homeowner investigated "home structure foundation repair." One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks. Solution

Once the estimate details were finalized, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Derek, to the home to take a closer look. Derek promptly arrived at the home and started the inspection. During the inspection, Derek noted the foundation was suffering significantly. To prevent this issue from worsening, Derek recommended installing Helical Piers along the struggling wall. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Derek to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Kingsley, and his crew arrived. Kingsley and his crew started by securing four Helical Piers in the north corner of the foundation. After the Helical Piers were secured, Kingsley and his crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing their foundation was properly secured.
