A homeowner in South Haven, MN, noticed their floors were sagging and bouncy. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner decided to look into "why are my floors bouncing?". Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Daniel, to the home to take a closer look.

Solution

Daniel promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection. During the inspection, Daniel noted that several areas were suffering from structural damage.
