Challenge

A homeowner in Eagan, MN, noted several large cracks growing throughout their basement walls. Concerned that this was a sign of a larger issue, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with a solution. Solution

Dylan promptly arrived at the home and took a close look at the struggling foundation. During his inspection, Dylan noted that several areas needed to be permanently stabilized. Dylan shared his findings with the homeowner, and they agreed with his plan of action. Next, the homeowner worked with Dylan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Luis, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. Luis and his crew secured 20 GeoLock Wall Anchors on the east and west walls. Once the GeoLock Wall Anchors were secured, Luis and his crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their cracked walls were properly repaired.
