Solution
A few days later, Jason traveled to the home to begin the inspection. Jason confirmed the west corner of the home was settling and sinking. To stop this issue from worsening, Jason recommended installing Helical Piers on the west corner. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Jason to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Jesus, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Jesus and his crew started by installing three Helical Piers on the west side of the home. Helical Piers are systems made of steel and include a set of helical blades on the lower section. These systems are mechanically screwed into the ground and prevent future settling. Once the Helical Piers were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeonwer was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
