A homeowner in Northfield, MN, knew it was time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. The homeowner called our Service team and made an appointment to have one of our Service Technicians go out to the home to begin the inspection. Our Service Technician, Jon, promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection. During the inspection, Jon noticed their floor was sinking and took a closer look.
Solution
After taking a closer look, Jon confirmed the supports were not properly supported. To prevent this issue from worsening, Jon recommended installing SmartJacks on the struggling beams. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Arturo, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Arturo and his crew began by securing a new support beam in the basement. Next, the crew shifted to installing four SmartJacks on the main beams. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
