Solution

After the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Jason. A few days later, Jason promptly arrived at the home and began the detailed inspection. During the inspection, Jason confirmed the floors were suffering from settlement. To prevent these issues from worsening, Jason recommended securing Helical Piers along the foundation and raising the floors with PolyLevel. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Jason. Next, Jason and the homeowner worked together to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Jesus, traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Jesus and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Jesus started by securing three Helical Piers along the struggling foundation. Once the Helical Piers were secured, the project was handed off to our PolyLevel Field Supervisor, Brandon. Brandon inserted PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection, below the sunken slab. After the slab was lifted, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
