A homeowner in Stockton, MN, noticed it was time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. The homeowner reached out to our Appointment Center and signed up for their annual maintenance appointment. After the appointment was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Service Technician, Kyle. A few days later, Kyle traveled to the home to start the appointment.
Solution
During the appointment, Kyle checked on the installed products. While completing the product inspections, Kyle noted that one wall was suffering from cracking and slight shifting.
