Challenge

While finishing up chores, a farmer in Balaton, MN, noticed their entrance to their hog barn was unstable and uneven. Hoping to find a solution before the issue progresses, the farmer hoped to find a structural repair company to provide them with a solution. Solution

Once the estimate was set, the farmer prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Eric. On the day of the estimate, Eric promptly arrived at the farm and began the thorough inspection. During the inspection, Eric noted that the entrance foundation and concrete were settling. To prevent damage to the structure, Eric recommended installing PolyLevel and Helical Piers for stabilization. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Eric to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Matt, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. Matt and his crew secured 12 Helical Piers around the entrance of the barn. Next, the project was passed along to our PolyLevel Foreman, Sam, to lift the concrete back to its original position. Once the PolyLevel was properly secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
