Brandon R. of Maple Grove, MN had water leaking from his existing sump pump so he tired American Waterworks for a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, went to his home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Brandon got all his questions answered so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Raul Barroso, and his production team cut out the concrete perimeter of the basement to form a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain and transports water to the sump pump. Next, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump, which provides triple the protection and solves three different sump pump problems in one system. To complete the project, Raul and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Brandon was happy with the work and no longer worries about water leaking into his basement!

Melissa B. of Maple Grove, MN had a sunken patio, and she wanted to get it repaired. She heard about American Waterworks from a local contractor, so she gave our company a call. She got a FREE inspection from our Design Specialist, Ryan. Ryan proposed our PolyLevel and NexusPro, both of which are two of our main concrete systems. Our Foreman, Troy, and his crew member injected 40 pounds of our PolyLevel to raise and level the concrete surface. Our team also applied 62 feet of our NexusPro over the cracks to prevent moisture from seeping underneath the slab, and to give it a nice finishing look. Allen from Maple Grove, MN got in touch with us when he started to notice an uneven walkway to the footsteps of his door. Allen was worried about the potential trip hazards the sinkage of the concrete slab may cause and wanted to address the issue before it has a chance to worsen. Allen then got into contact with the Appointment Center here at American Waterworks and claimed his FREE estimate, entitling him to a thorough inspection into the issue.  Our Design Specialist, Ben, headed to Allen's property to inspect the damage and give recommendations based on how we can tackle the issue to prevent the concrete slab from worsening. Once completing the thorough inspection, Ben recommended Allen invest in our PolyLevel solution and finish with our NexusPro solution. Allen agreed with the solution and the installation began shortly after. Our poly crew then strategically drilled holes into the concrete slabs that had sinkage to inject the PolyLevel Solution. The PolyLevel solution is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected underneath the concrete slabs, to fill the voids underneath the slab that were caused by soil erosion. Once the polyurethane has been injected the crew then finished the project by sealing the cracks and joints with our NexusPro solution. the NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that is formulated for flexibility and long-lasting to survive harsh weather conditions, helping ensure that the concrete will stay raised.

Sean D. of Maple Grove, MN had a crack in his foundation wall, raising awareness of the structure of the home. He called our Appointment Center here at American Waterworks to claim his FREE estimate with our Design Specialist. Our Design Specialist not only examined the wall showing foundation issues but provided Sean with a full house inspection to provide the appropriate solution for Sean. Our Design Specialist recommended Sean invest in our GeoLock Wall Anchor System. The GeoLock Wall Anchor system is a solution that stabilizes the foundation, preventing any bowing or further cracking. Over time these anchors may be tightened to straighten the wall. Sean agreed with the proposal and schedule an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Jesus C, and his production team began the process by digging four holes in the garage to insert a long rod, from the inside, through the foundation wall with an issue. At the end of the rod, there is a GeoLock Wall Anchor that permanently stabilizes the foundation of the house using the hard-packed, compact soil that is underneath the home. Once the GeoLock is placed and ready, the production team backfills the holes with new soil and placed a layer of concrete above to give the floor a finishing look. Sean was very satisfied with the project and is not worried about the foundation of his home.
