Cracked, Sunken Garage Floor Lifted in Onamia, MN

A homeowner in Onamia, MN, knew their garage floor required lifting after seeing the significant sinking. Unsure who to work with, the homeowner decided to visit some online referral websites for help. One of the first companies to catch their eye was us, American Waterworks. The homeowner inspected our services and was impressed with our previous projects. Impressed with our work, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was finalized, one of our Design Specialists, Gary, traveled to the home to start the inspection. Gary arrived at the home and began by inspecting the driveway, garage floor, and surrounding concrete. Following his inspection, Gary determined that the garage slab was sinking into the ground. To stop the garage from sinking further, Gary recommended lifting the garage slab with PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. The homeowner agreed with Gary's recommendations, so the plans were sent to the office to be finalized. Once the office approved the plans, they were sent to our Foreman, Jordan, and his crew. Jordan and his crew traveled to the home to start the lift. After they arrived, Jordan and his crew started by lifting the driveway back to its original state. The crew successfully lifted the driveway, so they shifted their focus to repairing several cracks throughout the garage slab. To seal these cracks, the homeowner used NexusPro Crack Repair, a silicone-based solution. Once the slab was lifted, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was thankful for the excellent work completed by Jordan and his crew. American Waterworks is happy to assist its customers with their concrete issues.
