Once the estimate was finalized, one of our Design Specialists, Gary, traveled to the home to start the inspection. Gary arrived at the home and began by inspecting the driveway, garage floor, and surrounding concrete. Following his inspection, Gary determined that the garage slab was sinking into the ground. To stop the garage from sinking further, Gary recommended lifting the garage slab with PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. The homeowner agreed with Gary's recommendations, so the plans were sent to the office to be finalized. Once the office approved the plans, they were sent to our Foreman, Jordan, and his crew. Jordan and his crew traveled to the home to start the lift. After they arrived, Jordan and his crew started by lifting the driveway back to its original state. The crew successfully lifted the driveway, so they shifted their focus to repairing several cracks throughout the garage slab. To seal these cracks, the homeowner used NexusPro Crack Repair, a silicone-based solution. Once the slab was lifted, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. Next, the crew replaced the sidewalk joints using NexusPro. After all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
