Richard was pleased to learn that we would be able to raise his concrete and make it level with the garage again. 

Our PolyLevel expert drilled penny sized holes into the concrete slabs to inject the foam. Once the foam is injected it takes only 30 minutes to cure, so Richard was able to see the results almost immediately. Mark and LuAnne K. of Fairfax, MN had water leaking around the perimeter of their basement floor. After doing some research, they called American Waterworks to schedule a Free Estimate. Our Design Specialist, Eric Hazelton, went out to their home to examine the problem and come up with a solution. After an in-depth inspection, Mark and LuAnne both approved of the proposal, so they followed through with the project. 

Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production crew began the installation by breaking out the concrete around the basement perimeter to form a waterway trench. In that trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard System which serves as an underground water drain and prevents water clogs. Next, Juan and his crew installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System in the corner of the basement. Our TripleSafe is one of the best sump pumps we offer to customers and provides three levels of water protection. To complete the project, our team covered the gaps with rocks and replaced the concrete. Mark and LuAnne were pleased with the outcome, and appreciated the work that was done! 

A homeowner in Fairfax, MN, did not like the look of their cracked and uneven concrete. Wanting to get a headstart of the project, the homeowner began looking for the best options for their situation. After coming up empty, the homeowner was looking through their social media when they came across one of our PolyLevel installations. Interested in our PolyLevel services, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Kevin, one of our Design Specialists. Once Kevin arrived, he began evaluating the concrete to find the cause of the issue. Kevin discovered that the concrete was sinking due to soil settlement. To stop the concrete from sinking further, Kevin recommended that the concrete be lifted using the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Wanting to avoid replacing the entire slab, the homeowner agreed and production commenced. Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew were assigned to complete the project. The crew began by inserting the PolyLevel underneath the driveway and the sidewalk. After the PolyLevel installation was completed, the crew took out the old joints and replaced them with the NexusPro Joint Sealant. The NexusPro Joint Sealant is a silicone-based sealant that is specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather. Once all the joints were replaced, the crew went ahead and cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowners were pleased with the great work completed by the crew. Our production crew started the installation by removing the perimeter of the concrete floor to create a trench for the WaterGuard drainage system. They installed the SuperSump sump pump in the corner of the basement and then laid the drainage system in the trench. The WaterGuard connects to the sump pump so water can properly exit the home. The installation only took a day to complete and she was pleased with the result. She is glad she chose to invest in the long-term protection of her basement!

A homeowner in Bird Island, MN, grew concerned regarding the large cracks in their foundation walls. Instead of ignoring the issue, the homeowner searched for a permanent solution to the issue. Following his detailed inspection, Ryan recommended to the homeowner that the wall be permanently stabilized. The homeowners understood the risk of not solving the issue, so they agreed with Ryan's suggestions. Ryan sent his plans to the assigned crew and production began. Our Foreman, Hugo, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the stabilization process. The crew installed fourteen Geo-Lock anchors on the south and east walls. After the Geo-Locks were properly installed, the crew moved on to installing five strips of CarbonArmor on the west wall. Once Hugo and the crew completed their job, they cleaned up the job site and left the home. The homeowners were impressed by the job done by the crew.
