After a clear and in-depth inspection, Ian proposed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain and our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, both of which work hand-in-hand to prevent basement flooding. Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production crew started the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, making a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, which prevents water and mud clogs, collects water leakage from basement walls, and is our most common interior drainage system. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the entire wall perimeter. This barrier is designed to prevent moisture, mold, and mildew, saves money on energy costs, and provides a neat and clean appearance to the basement. To complete the installation, our team filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them.

Lastly, Tanner and his team updated Any's sump pump by installing our adding new hardware into the existing super sump and connecting it to the feedline. Specifically, the team used our UltraSump Battery Backup System. In case of a tripped circuit, power outage, or dump failure, this backup system is a heavy-duty battery backup that can pump more than 11,500 gallons of water on full charge. Once installed, to round out the installation, our team filled the old sump pump space with rock, applied new concrete, and ensured the space was left clean, dry, and ready for Andy! Andy was very pleased with the work and was happy to know he no longer had to worry about basement waterproofing problems.
