The drainage matting is laid down on the floor of the space before the CleanSpace is applied, giving the water collected by the CleanSpace a channel to flow freely to a drain or sump system. Lastly, Ian informed the homeowner that even spaces with the most comprehensive waterproofing systems can still develop moisture and mold problems and can even feel damp. This is due to concrete walls and floors constantly absorbing moisture from the soil, releasing it into the air of the basement. Shane had to take off the wood wall panels to see what the wall looked like, and he determined that wall anchors were the best way to fix the repairs. 

Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production crew began the installation by digging 5 small holes outside of the house parallel to the bowed wall and inserted long, metal rods through the foundation and into the soil. Then, they screwed on and tightened anchor plates on each side enabling the wall to straighten out. Our anchor system is made with a 25-year warranty and is corrosion-resistant.
