Bill F. of Rose Creek, MN had water leaking into his basement so he called American Waterworks to set up a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist, Kevin Beseman, went to his home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Bill was comfortable with the proposal so him and Kevin set up an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Jeromy Anderson, and his production team began the installation by cutting out the concrete perimeter of the basement to install our WaterGuard System, designed to collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team applied our CleanSpace Wall System around the wall perimeter of the basement, made to prevent mold and humidity development. Then, our crew installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System which provides three levels of water protection. To complete the project, Jeromy and his crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Bill was very satisfied with the work and had a great experience with both Kevin and Jeromy!

Brian and Beth W.'s step outside their garage door was unbalanced and needed to be stabilized. Marilyn P. in Zumbro Falls, MN was tired of dealing with a sunken driveway. It was continuously getting worse over time, and it had become a trip hazard for her and her husband. Our Foreman, Jared Wroblewski, and Co-Foreman, Trevor Ellingson, drilled small holes throughout the concrete slabs that needed to be raised. Next, they injected the foam into the holes until the slabs were raised back to their original position. They covered up the holes with concrete and then sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. The entire process only took 3 hours, and now Marilyn and her husband are able to enjoy level concrete for years to come. They are thrilled with the outcome and happy with how quick and non-invasive the project was. We are happy we were able to restore their peace of mind!

The project date arrived a few weeks later, then Gabriel and his crew traveled to the home to begin the GeoLock Wall Anchor installation. First, Gabriel and his crew made sure the walls were ready for the installation. Next, the crew installed three GeoLock Wall Anchors on the west wall, then six on the south wall. Once all the products were secured, Mac and his crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relived to know their foundation was properly stabilized.
