A Hutchinson, MN, couple got in touch with us when they noticed that stair-step cracks were forming on their basement walls. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain, prevents water clogs, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold, humidity, rot, and mildew, and it covers any divots or big holes. To complete the installation, our crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete.
