A Hutchinson, MN, couple got in touch with us when they noticed that stair-step cracks were forming on their basement walls. Robert and Laurie F. of Lafayette, MN had water leaking under their basement stairs so our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, went to their home and educated them on our sump pump systems. Robert and Laurie were confident with the trusted solution so they scheduled an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production team broke out the concrete around the pre-existing sump pump and replaced it with our SuperSump Pump System, which keeps basements dry for long periods of time. Next, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the TripleSafe sump pump. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement wall. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing their basement was properly secured. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain, prevents water clogs, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold, humidity, rot, and mildew, and it covers any divots or big holes. To complete the installation, our crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete.
