Bryan A. in Forest City, IA was tired of dealing with a wet basement after heavy rains and snow melt. The water had started to cause damage to his property and was creating a musty, unhealthy space. He heard our advertisement on the radio and decided to give us a call. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Dylan Woitas, to meet with him and evaluate the situation. Dylan designed a thorough plan and assured Bryan that our waterproofing system would provide a permanent solution. 

Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production crew were able to successfully waterproof Bryan’s basement by first removing the concrete around the inside perimeter of the basement and through the middle of the floor. Next, they installed 164 feet of our WaterGuard drainage System and 36 feet of lateral line. Then, they installed our SuperSump sump pump in the corner, filled the gaps with rock, and replaced the concrete. Water is now guided through the WaterGuard, to the SuperSump, and is quietly, and efficiently discharged from the home. Bryan was pleased with the results, and glad he made the investment to protect his home. 

Bill L. in Nicollet, MN noticed some cracking in his basement wall that was getting larger over time and putting pressure on the foundation. Using wall anchors, our production crew drilled small holes through the failing block foundation and into the soil surrounding the home. In order to straighten the wall, they had to dig out the soil pushing against the foundation. They secured each end of the metal rods with anchor plates and tightened them as far as they would go. This process gradually straightened the foundation wall, and permanently secured it. Bill was pleased with the entire process and is glad he made the investment to restore the value of his home! 

Bob, a homeowner in Grove City, MN, was having issues in his basement, as heavy rainfall led to water intrusion. Usually a side effect of the natural curing process of concrete, these cracks do not threaten the foundation. Bob was glad he reached out and was excited to get started. Our Foreman, Raul, and his crew headed to the basement and got to work. First, they ensured the space was cleared and ready for the demo. Then, they completed a half-wall demo to address the damage properly. Next, they implemented our FlexiSpan® Foundation Crack Repair System to repair the leaking wall cracks. To complete the project, our team replaced the concrete and left the area looking neater than when they found it. Bob was happy with the work that was done and was grateful we could assist him and his home repair needs!
