A homeowner in Brooten, MN, was prepping their home for the incoming winter seasons when they noticed a stairstep crack ascending their south basement wall. Uneasy about the discovery, the homeowner without hesitation searched for a company to fix this issue. The homeowners came across our website and signed up for a FREE estimate. We sent our Service Technician, Marc, to take a look at the wall and propose a solution to the homeowners. Marc determined that the south block wall would need to be stabilized with two PowerBraces and footings would need to be poured for each PowerBrace. Foreman, Juan, and his crew successfully positioned the PowerBraces underneath the stairs and inspected the crawl space. Our Foreman, Edgar Miranda, and his team broke out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed 44 feet of our WaterGuard Drainage System. Our WaterGuard is made to collect water seepage from basement walls, act as an underground drain, and prevent water clogs. Edgar and his crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Our crew laid the carpet back down once the concrete dried. The homeowners were thrilled with the work and are happy they have a reliable draining system for their basement waterproofing needs!

Sander L. in Lake Crystal, MN had a tilting foundation wall that he was concerned about. He wanted to have a professional look at it before the wall failed altogether. Our production crew drilled 3 small holes through the foundation wall and into the dirt behind it. Next, they placed anchors on each end of the metal rods and tightened them as far as they could go. Sander was happy that he could see immediate improvement in the stability of the wall. He is glad he chose to invest in the protection of his home.
