Our Design Specialist went to Steven's home, carefully inspected the uneven floors, and determined the proposal of our Crawl Space Support SmartJack Posts. Steven was confident in the product and its features, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman and his production team installed seven of our SmartJacks, which are made to stabilize and straighten sloping or springy floors. They can support loads of more than 60,000 pounds and they are galvanized (resistance to corrosion). A customer from Garfield, MN, got in contact with us because she found water pooling in a corner of her basement. She had plans to renovate the space into a living space and wanted to know her options moving forward. Our Design Specialist made a few suggestions. First, he stated the property needed a Sump Pump to adequately drain water our CleanSpace and WaterGuard systems are able to catch. All of our sump systems have several beneficial features for the customer, beginning with a WaterWatch alarm that notifies the homeowners of the overflowing of the sump basket and airtight sump lids that keep odor and humidity out while simultaneously protecting the interior of the pump. Our Foreman, Cameron, installed the new system and now the homeowner is able to transform her space into the basement of her dreams! 

Linda M. in Gibbon, MN had some cracks in her basement walls that were getting larger over time and putting pressure on the foundation. She was concerned about the bowing walls and the potential damage it could cause. She started researching foundation repair contractors and was glad to run into our booth at the New Ulm Home and Health Show. She set up an appointment to have our Design Specialist, Ryan Powell, evaluate the situation. She was impressed with the proposed solution and moved forward with an installation date. 

In order to fully stabilize the damaged foundation walls, our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production crew installed 6 Geo-Lock Wall Anchors and 3 PowerBraces along the basement walls. The anchor rods were drilled deep into the soil outside of the home and wall plates installed on each end of the rod to secure the anchor. Then, they tightened the anchor to start the process of straightening the wall. Linda is happy she chose to permanently stabilize her home, and her peace of mind has been restored! 

A homeowner in Shelly, MN, noticed their sidewalk was cracked and separating. To prevent any safety hazards, the homeowner sought to repair the cracks. After hearing many solid reviews, the homeowner decided to work with us, American Waterworks. The homeowner gave our Appointment Center a call and they signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the appointment was set, we sent our Design Specialist, Ian, to inspect the state of the sidewalk. Ian completed the inspection of the sidewalk and was able to come up with a proposed solution, which the homeowners agreed to. Ian sent the proposed solution to the crew and repairs began. Our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew began by identifying any tripping hazards around the area. Once the tripping hazards were found, the crew injected PolyLevel to raise the foundation as close to the original height as possible. Since the crew did not raise all the concrete slabs, the affected slabs were raised as close as possible to the original. Then, NexusPro is filled into the cracks throughout the concrete slab. Matt C. in Amboy, MN had cracked and bowing walls in his basement. Our production team drilled rods through the brick wall to the soil outside of the home. They secured the rods with anchor plates on each end. Once the plates were tightened, Matt was able to visibly see a difference in the stability of the walls. The anchors will continue to straighten the walls over time as well.
