One of our Design Specialists, Jeremy Radtke, went to his home to inspect his foundation and design a solution. Jeremy assured Matt that we could permanently repair his foundation by installing 8 wall anchors. Matt was pleased to hear this, so he scheduled the installation.

Our production team drilled small holes through the brick walls and into the soil surrounding the home. Then, they inserted long metal rods into the holes and they secured each end of the rods with anchor plates. Once they tightened the anchors, Matt was able to see a dramatic improvement in the stability of his walls. The wall anchors can continue to be tightened over time to gradually straighten the wall back to its original position. A homeowner in Delavan, MN was tired of looking at the large cracks that had formed in his driveway. Our Foreman, Ryan, and his production team began the project by cleaning out the entire crawl space from back to front. A customer from Audubon, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice water entering his crawl space, creating musty odors and rotting wood. He was afraid that if left the condition untouched, it might compromise the structural integrity of the space. When he called our Appointment Center, we set him up with our FREE estimate, entitling him to a thorough inspection of the issue.
