Our Foreman and his production team started the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, which prevents water and mud clogs, serves as an underground drain, and collects water seepage from basement walls. To complete the project, our crew filled the open gaps with river rock and pea gravel and applied new concrete over them. Roel and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Roel and his crew began by taking out all the old insulation and clearing out the debris. Once the debris was cleared, Roel and his crew were able to lay the Drainage Matting down. Once the Drainage Matting was laid, the crew shifted their focus to installing CleanSpace on the basement floor and an inch up the foundation walls. Roel and his crew successfully encapsulated the entire crawl space, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was thankful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
