A homeowner in Waterville, IA had water leaking into their basement, making them feel nervous about the value of their home. They got a FREE estimate scheduled with our Design Specialist, Josh. Josh went to the homeowner's house, carefully inspected their basement, and determined a solution that would fit their wants and needs. The homeowner was confident in Josh's proposal, so they followed through with the project and set up a date for the installation.
Our Foreman, Arturo, and his production team began the installation by breaking out the concrete with a jackhammer, forming a hole. Inside the hole, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System followed by the discharge line. Our TripleSafe Sump Pump is triple the protection compared to other sump pumps that we provide and it solves all three water problems in one unit. From that point, our team filled the open gaps with river rock and pea gravel and applied new concrete over them. The homeowner was very satisfied with the work that was performed and had a great experience!

After Ryan's inspection, he confirmed the basement needed to be fully waterproofed. Additionally, Ryan recommended stabilizing the sagging floors. The homeowner agreed with Ryan's recommendations, so he passed the proposal along to our Logistics team to build and schedule the project. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted their focus to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Finally, the crew completed the project by installing SmartJacks along the sagging floors.
