In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Brady S., arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection, answer any questions, and provide the best solution for the homeowner. During the inspection, Brady took a look at the sump pump and performed a few tests to check if it was working. Unfortunately, it remained dysfunctional, and Brady recommended our TripleSafe sump pump. Brady explained that our TripleSafe comes with three levels of protection and is capable of removing heavy loads of water. The primary pump is placed at the lowest level and can remove 2,200 gallons of water. The secondary pump is placed slightly higher and is designed to help in cause the primary pump becomes overwhelmed with heavy waters. Lastly, the third pump is a battery backup in case of power outages. Alongside the sump pump, Brady also recommended IceGuard, our anti-freeze discharge line that allows water to escape in case the sump pump lines freeze or become clogged. The homeowner happily agreed to Brady's suggestions, and Brady's design was then sent to our Foreman.

In about two months, our Foreman, Juan P., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They installed 1 TripleSafe and 2 IceGuards. Once they were done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

She learned that radon is a by-product of uranium, which can be found in soil. As the soil decays, it releases radon, which creates a high toxicity level in the air. In a couple of months, our Foreman, Dakota M., and his crew arrived at the home to carry out the installation. They installed the system by drilling a hole in the floor and placing the PVC pipe. The pipe then connects to the radon mitigation system, which is installed outside of the home. Once the crew was done, they cleaned out their equipment and left the home.

Brian from Staples, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice that his basement ceiling was beginning to sag. He was afraid that if he left the issue unresolved, he would run the risk of doing serious damage to the structure of his home, so he decided to call our office. Shortly after, our Design Specialists, Kole, headed out to the property to see what could be done. Once he completed his walkthrough, he could make recommendations as to how we could help. Kole wanted to use our SmartJacks to correct the sloping. He explained to Brian that the SmartJacks can be adjusted over time to provide additional straightening and leveling action if necessary. Brian agreed with Kole's recommendation and work began shortly after. 

Our Foreman, Zach, and his crew finished the job swiftly. They ended up placing 13 SmartJacks around the basement of the home. Now Brian no longer needs to worry about sloping floors!

Ian explained that these two products work hand in hand to catch water entering the space through cracks or porous holes in the foundation, draining it to the appropriate disposal site. The homeowner agreed and work was scheduled for a few weeks later. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Kingsley, and his team ended up installing 84 ft of CleanSpace and another 84 ft of draining mating. Now that the crawl space is properly sealed, our homeowner can enjoy an odor-free home!
