Geoffrey P. of Norwood Young America, MN had water issues in his basement, as well as a cracked foundation wall. He did his research for local contractors and came across American Waterworks. He scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Eric Hazelton. Eric inspected Geoffrey's basement and proposed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, and our Wall Anchor System. Geoffrey was confident in the project, so he scheduled the date for the install. 

Our Foreman, Dylon VanCanneyt, and his crew installed our WaterGuard first, which is an interior drainage system that prevents clogs and has easily accessible water ports when it comes time for annual maintenance. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the basement wall perimeter, which prevents mold and humidity and provides warmth to the basement. Lastly, our crew installed our Wall Anchor System which brings the foundation wall back to its natural position. Geoffrey said he no longer has any water in his basement and was very happy with the crew!

A homeowner in Norwood Young America, MN, was doing their laundry when their foundation wall was beginning to crumble. Uneasy about this discovery, the homeowners began searching for repair options. While researching, the homeowner came across our website. After seeing all the services we offer and great reviews, they decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. After finalizing the details, we sent one of our Design Specialist, Ryan, to survey the status of the wall. Following his survey, Ryan suggested that the homeowners install SmartJacks to permanently stabilize the home's floors. The homeowner agreed with Ryan's suggestions and the plans were sent to the assigned crew. Our Foreman, Matt, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the SmartJack installation. Upon arrival, the crew began by making sure the entire area was clear before installation. The crew installed eight SmartJacks around the basement. Additionally, a supplemental beam was installed between two of the SmartJacks to provide further stabilization. After the SmartJacks were fully installed, the crew cleaned up their job site and left the home. The homeowner was happy to know their floors were permanently stabilized. With water coming through a wall in her basement, Amanda reached out to our team for her FREE estimate. Shortly after the appointment was scheduled, our Design Specialist, Shane, headed out to the property. Following a thorough inspection, Shane gave his recommendations to Amanda, suggesting that she invest in our waterproofing services to address the issues. It's designed to keep your sump pump running efficiently and effectively. The UltraSump® system can pump out an excess of 11,500 gallons of water on a fully charged battery, which is enough water to fill a small swimming pool!
