Next, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the SuperSump+. Next, the crew installed and placed the Aprilaire E100 where the old dehumidifier was located. Finally, the crew shifted their focus outside and attached an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. After all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his crew installed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, and our Wall Anchors to waterproof the basement and repair the foundation walls. Our WaterGuard is an interior drainage system that collects water seepage from basement walls. Our CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that prevents mold and humidity, while also saving money on energy costs. Next, the crew installed the CleanSpace Wall System onto the entire north wall and sections of the west and east wall. Then, SprayFoam is injected into the upper section of the walls. After the basement waterproofing was completed, the crew moved on to installing CleanSpace into the crawl space.
