When side pressure on the wall exceeds its ability to withstand the force, it begins to crack, bow, slide in at the bottom, and/or tilt inward at the top. For this reason, Ryan recommended our GeoLock anchors. These anchors counteract soil pressure by anchoring walls to stable, undisturbed soil beyond the homes foundation. The homeowner agreed with Ryan's proposal and signed on the spot. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Jesus C, led his team through the successful installation of 7 GeoLock anchors throughout the basement of the home. Now, our customer can confidently list his home for sale, knowing everything is in tip-top shape!

A homeowner in Wacouia, MN, knew it was time to repair the severely sunken section of their driveway. Worried this could become a serious issue, the homeowner knew they needed to find a permanent solution. Once the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Jordan, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Jordan and his crew lifted the sunken areas with PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection solution. Once all the areas were lifted, the crew shifted to repairing the joints and cracks with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. The crew cleaned up their materials and left. This foam injection is designed to fill the open voids underneath the concrete that is caused by soil erosion. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro over the cracks, which gives the concrete a neat, finished look and it prevents water from seeping underneath.
