In about two months, our Foreman, Troy J, and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They lifted the concrete by drilling small holes into the concrete slap and placing the injection ports. PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slab, filling in the space between the soil. Once the slab has been lifted, the crew ensures it is level before sealing the holes with concrete. Lastly, the crew used NexusPro along the joints of the walkway and to repair the cracks in the garage. Both PolyLevel and NexusPro are highly durable and last a long time. After the crew was done with the installation, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left over by soil erosion and slowly lifts the slabs back into place. He went on to say that our lifts are completed with the installation of our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all the cracks and joints in the sinking concrete and works to prevent water or debris from getting below the slab. The homeowner liked the sound of Gary's solution and decided to schedule his installation for a few weeks later.

A Saint Paul, MN, homeowner was facing a unique issue. Each time it rained, he could see water entering through a corner of his basement, creating a small puddle. The homeowner didn't want that small puddle to turn into a larger issue, so he decided to contact a reputable basement waterproofing company in MN.
