Cindy, from Plummer, MN, was looking for some solutions for her home's basement space. The basement was experiencing water intrusion and cracking foundation, so she decided to call American Waterworks for a FREE estimate. Shortly after the appointment was scheduled, our Design Specialist, Ian, headed out to the property. Following a thorough inspection, Ian gave his recommendations to Cindy, suggesting that she invest in our WaterGuard system as well as our SuperSump Plus. Our Foreman and his crew began implementing our WaterGuard System. From there, our crew installed our SuperSump Plus Sump Pump to the feedline. Our crew filled the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and expels it from the home. 

After all was said and done, Cindy was glad she made the decision to call American Waterworks and had her peace of mind restored.

A homeowner in Buffalo, MN, was doing their laundry when they discovered standing water around their sump pump. First, the crew had to half-demo the eastern corner wall. After the wall was half demolished, the crew was able to install the WaterGuard along the footing. The homeowner agreed with Gary's suggestions and production preparations began. After the office approved the plans, they were sent to Dylon and his crew. Dylon arrived at the home and started lifting the driveway with PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. The PolyLevel will immediately raise the sinking concrete slab. After the PolyLevel installation was complete, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was thankful for the quick and efficient work completed by the crew.
