Richie proposed our DryTrak Baseboard Drain Pipe for the water leaks and our CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System for the foundation cracks. Matthew was confident in both products and their warranties, so he went ahead with the installation. 

Our Foreman, Ryan, and his production crew installed six of our CarbonArmor with epoxy resin. This system is designed to stabilize and strengthen foundation walls and is 10 times stronger than steel. After the installation, it becomes part of the wall structure and can be painted to match the color of the wall. Next, our team installed our DryTrak Baseboard Drain Pipe around the floor perimeter, which collects water from basement walls, stays out of the mud zone, and requires no jackhammering. Since this foundation's floor and footing comes as one piece, DryTrak was the correct interior drainage system to use. Charlie and his crew arrived at the home and started by lifting and leveling the driveway and sidewalk leading to the home. To lift these areas, the crew utilized PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. Once the affected concrete was lifted, the crew cleaned up their material and left the home. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and expels it from the home.
