Lennie A. in Minnetonka, MN had an inward bowing wall in his storage building behind his home. He was concerned about the damage it was causing to the foundation. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Chad Johnson, to his home to inspect the foundation and provide a solution. Chad recommended that we install wall anchors on the bowing wall which would permanently stabilize and secure it. Lennie agreed that was the best option for him, so they scheduled a date for the installation.

Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his crew drilled the rods of the anchors through the brick wall, until the rods reached stable soil. Then, they placed plates on each end of the right and tightened them. In total, they installed 4 anchors along the wall. Lennie was pleased that he could see a dramatic change in the stability of the wall almost immediately. Our Foreman, Trevor Ellingson, and his crew member injected 48 pounds of our PolyLevel underneath the concrete to raise and stabilize the surface. Our PolyLevel is a dense foam that cures concrete within minutes. Next, our crew applied 30 feet of our NexusPro to seal the cracks. Our Foreman, Geno Mclain, and his crew member started the installation from the basement utility room to the outside of the home, where they installed the system.
