Lonnie, from Des Lacs, ND was beginning to notice that his basement was taking on an unusual amount of water. He didn't want to run the risk of doing permanent damage to the property, so he decided to give us a call. We set him up with our FREE estimate and a few weeks later our Design Specialist, Richie, headed out to the property to complete his inspection. Once he finished his walkthrough, he made recommendations as to how we could help Lonnie. Richie recommended two of our products. First, he wanted to use our Foamax insulated panels. He explained to Lonnie that our Foamax makes your basement warmer and brighter. The panels create a barrier between the moist air in your basement and the cold surface of the walls, preventing condensation and providing a more comfortable basement. Second, Richie wanted to use our WaterGuard below-floor French drain system. They began to strategically place PowerBraces around the basement, inserting a total of 5, 9' PowerBraces to further stabilize the wall.  The PowerBrace is a patented foundation wall repair system that's designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten walls over time. These steel l-beams will stabilize the wall in its current position without any further adjustment.
