In less than a week, our Design Specialist arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, he took a close look at the concrete slabs and identified which needed lifting. After reporting his findings to the homeowner, our Design Specialist explained that the reason they were experiencing sunken slabs was because of soil washout. Soil washout is the process in which water moves through the ground and washes away the supporting soils, keeping the slabs upright. Over time, this causes gaps in the soil, and the slabs would begin to sink. To lift the slabs back to their original position, our Design Specialist recommended installing PolyLevel, our poly foam expanding solution, and sealing the joints with NexusPro, our silicone sealant. Confident in our team, the homeowner decided to move forward with the project.

In about a month, our Foreman, Sam K., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. Once the slabs were successfully lifted and leveled with PolyLevel, NexusPro was applied along the joints.

A customer from Savage, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice the walls of his detached garage were beginning to show signs of cracking and bowing inwards.
