A homeowner from Maple Grove, MN, was bringing groceries into her home one day when she took a nasty fall. When she inspected what had caused her fall, she was surprised to find out that the culprit was her front walkway. It had sunken away from the front concrete stoop, creating a nasty trip hazard. The homeowner knew she couldn't leave the issue alone, so she began to look for concrete repair near Minneapolis, MN. When she came across one of our printed ads in a local shopper, she called to schedule her FREE estimate. Several weeks later, Kyle P, one of our Design Specialists, headed out to the home.
Kyle got right to work assessing the sunken concrete, and when he finished, he was ready to make his recommendation. Kyle informed the homeowner that we could address the sinking with the help of our PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands as it is injected underneath sunken concrete. As the foam expands, it fills voids left by soil erosion and lifts the sunken concrete back to its desired location. Kyle went on to say that he was recommending our NexusPro silicone-based joint sealant to safeguard the lift. He explained that NexusPro gets installed directly to the cracks and joints of the newly lifted concrete, and works to prevent unwanted moisture from getting below the concrete, potentially compromising the lift. The homeowner liked the sound of Kyle's plan and scheduled the work for some time later.
On the day of the project, Dylon M, one of our Foremen, led his team through the lift, level, and sealing of the concrete. Now, our customer can walk up to her home in confidence, knowing that her concrete is as level as can be!
A homeowner from Maple Grove, MN, had been aware of her front concrete walkway slowly settling over the years. She feared that if she let the problem worsen, it might be more costly to fix down the road. She had no idea who to turn to for concrete repairs near Maple Grove, MN. She hopped on the internet and eventually found our website. She was impressed with our past work in the area, so she signed up for her FREE estimate, and several weeks later, our Design Specialist, Gary, headed out to the home.
Gary inspected the concrete, and when he finished his inspection, he informed the homeowner that we could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath concrete slabs. It slowly fills voids left by soil erosion and, in the process, lifts the concrete back to it's desired location. Gary went on to say that he recommended sealing off the concrete with our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied directly to the cracks and joints in the newly lifted concrete and acts as a barrier to keep unwanted moisture out. The homeowner agreed with Gary's recommendations and scheduled the job on the spot.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Dylon V, headed out to the home and was able to complete the lift and seal with no complications. Now, our customer can put her worries about her concrete behind her!
A homeowner from Maple Grove, MN, was in the middle of a basement renovation when he ripped out some drywall, exposing severe wall failure underneath. The homeowner was immediately uneasy about what this could mean for the home's structural integrity. He was unsure how to repair the foundation crack and decided to find a basement specialist to assist him. After seeing our website, he signed up for a FREE estimate and several weeks later, Adam V, one of our Design Specialists, was headed out to the home.
When Adam arrived, he headed right down into the basement to see the extent of the damage. When he finished his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendation. Adam began by explaining that foundation walls are designed to withstand pressure from above, not from the side. So when the side pressure on a wall exceeds what it can withstand, it's not uncommon for homeowners to see cracking, sliding in at the bottom, bowing, and/or tilting inward at the top. Adam could tell the homeowner seemed uneasy, so he reassured him that while the problem seemed daunting, the solution was fairly simple. Adam recommended our GeoLock wall anchors. These anchors work to counteract the pressure being put on the wall by anchoring the failing wall to the hard-packed, undisturbed soil beyond the foundation, pulling the wall back into place. Adam finished by saying that, once installed, the anchors would be tightened down the road as the house continues to shift and settle. The homeowner was relieved that Adam could explain the problem, as well as a comprehensive solution, and decided to sign on the spot.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Matt Z, was able to lead his team through a flawless installation of 5 GeoLock anchors throughout the basement of the home. Now, our customer can continue on with his basement renovation, knowing the foundation of his home is in tip-top shape!

Crawl spaces tend to be dark and creepy for small children. For adults, they're dark and creepy for other reasons. For instance, they're known for being the source of pooling water, and bowing wood can mean the foundation of the home is unstable, creating unease in the back of the mind. So when a homeowner from Rush City, MN, contacted us about their unstable crawl space, we knew we had to act fast. Our Design Specialist, Ryan, went to the property to assess the situation and recommended a few fixes that would transform the space. He recommended our SmartJack system for crawl spaces to keep the area stable. This particular system provides supplemental support to your failing structure, but can also lift failing floor joists or beams over time, restoring them to their original position. Our Foreman, Gabriel, was able to make the installation with the help of his fantastic crew. Now, the homeowners don't need to fear their crawl space and the various issues it could pose.
