The homeowner wanted to avoid replacing the entire slab, so they sought to find a company that could fix sections of the concrete. During their search, the homeowner came across our eye-catching project photos and they knew right away we would be an excellent choice. Shortly after deciding, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists to the home to inspect the concrete. After the performed a full analysis, the Design Specialist determined that the concrete was beginning to sink into the ground. Once he found the issue, he could go ahead and provide the homeowners with a possible solution. The Design Specialist recommended that the concrete be lifted and leveled. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowners agreed and the plans were sent to the assigned crew. Our Foreman, Tyler, and his crew arrived at the home and began their work. To lift and level the concrete, the crew utilized the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. The crew's main focus was the entire garage and back patio. A homeowner from Osseo, MN, was growing frustrated with a piece of concrete leading up to an accessibility ramp that leads to an entrance to the house. Worried about wheelchair accessibility, the homeowner decided to look for companies that could fix the issue. When he came across one of our ads in a newspaper, he decided to give us a call and claim his FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Kyle P, headed out to the home to see what could be done.
Once Kyle finished his inspection, he informed the homeowner that his issue could be fixed with our PolyLevel lifting solution. Our PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected below concrete, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowing lifting the slab back to its desired position. Kyle finished by saying that we finished our lifting process by installing our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all cracks and joints in the concrete to prevent unwanted moisture from getting below the slab, potentially compromising the lift. The homeowner agreed to the proposed work and the project was scheduled for a few weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Jordan, and his team made quick work of the installation. Now that the job is complete, our customers are thrilled to have full accessibility for wheelchairs!
