Eric went to Carsten's house, examined and diagnosed his wall, and wrote out a detailed solution of our Wall Anchor System. Our Wall Anchors are connected by a long, metal rod to a wall plate that provides the pressure needed to straighten it back into its normal position. Carsten was confident in our product and its warranty, so he got a date scheduled for the installation.

Our Foreman, Gabriel Ramos, and his production team installed 14 of our wall anchors to stop the inward movement entirely. A homeowner in Hopkins, MN had noticed concrete slabs sinking around their home. Concerned about the safety risk it posed, the homeowner decided to look into concrete contractors and found us. They then contacted our Appointment Center to schedule their FREE estimate.

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Kevin B., arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, he took a close look at the concrete slabs around their home and identified which needed lifting.  Kevin then reported his findings to the homeowner and recommended lifting the troubled slabs with PolyLevel. Kira L. of Hopkins, MN had water leaking throughout her basement, making her worry about the value of her home. Our Foreman, Edgar Miranda, and his production crew began this installation by cutting out the concrete perimeter of Kira's basement, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed 146 feet of our WaterGuard System which is made to collect water seepage from basement walls and serve as an underground drain. Next, our team applied 146 feet of our Foamax Wall Panels around the wall perimeter, which prevents water exposure and protects the basement from any further damage. Lastly, our crew applied 146 feet of our spray foam around the ceiling perimeter to keep cold air out, while providing more energy. To complete the installation, our team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the existing concrete. Kira was extremely happy with the work and could not have asked for anything more!
