NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to the cracks and joints in the concrete and works to prevent moisture from getting below the slab to the vulnerable soil below. A Woodbury, MN, homeowner was in the process of looking for someone to evaluate her crawl space. Over the years, she had noticed a foul smell originating from the space, leading her to believe that the crawl space could be humid or take on water, creating unhealthy air in the home.
