In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Nate C., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection of the slabs. During the inspection, he identified which areas had posed a safety concern. After reporting his findings to the homeowner, Nate created a tailored solution to fix their problem. In that proposal, Nate recommended lifting the concrete slabs using PolyLevel, our elite foam expanding solution, and NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant, to repair the cracks and seal the joints. After looking over the proposal, the homeowner happily agreed to the recommendations.

In about a month, our Foreman, Dylon V., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. Once the slabs had been lifted and sealed, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

The foundation and concrete blocks of Dirk G.'s home in Red Lake, MN was starting to cave in and the home was starting to fall in. Dirk got in contact with American Waterworks and our Design Specialist, Nick, went to his home to inspect his walls and determine a solution that would fit his needs and budget. A Red Lake, MN, homeowner had noticed a peculiar smell wafting through his home. Try as he may, he could not find the source of the odor. After a heavy night of rain, he realized that it might not be something in the home that was expired but potentially something in his crawl space beneath the home. Ian knew that if the liner was flush with the crawl space ground, trapped water would, again, have nowhere to go. For this reason, he recommended our drainage matting be installed below the CleanSpace on the ground of the space. The raised dimples on our drainage matting give the water flooding into your crawl space a channel underneath your crawl space liner. Now that Ian had created a channel for water to flow, he needed a means of disposal. In each hole, James injected our PolyLevel, which is a unique, expanding foam that fills the gaps caused by soil erosion and raises the concrete surface. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro to the crack, which is a sealant that provides long-term flexibility and prevents any further cracking or bubbling.
