Ryan and Rachel W. of Arco, MN had a bowing foundation wall, causing them to worry about the safety and stability of their house. They did some research online and came across American Waterworks on Google. After looking through our services, Ryan and Rachel got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist inspected their foundation wall and determined the causes of why their wall was bowing inward, so he proposed our Wall Anchor Repair System. Our wall anchors stabilize foundation walls and bring them back to their original position. 

Our Foreman and his production team started the installation by digging small holes beyond the foundation. From the interior foundation, our team inserted long, metal rods from the inside to the outside to where the holes were dug. Our team screwed on and tightened an anchor to the end of each rod, extending out to the compacted soil beyond their home, anchored themselves there, and braced the foundation wall. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which is made to prevent humidity and mold, and serve as an extra wall protectant. To complete the installation, Ryan and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete.
